Selection and Maintenance Recommendations

Aperture Matching: 

The guide wheel bore diameter is typically 0.10mm to 0.03mm larger than the wire diameter. For example, when using 0.25mm copper wire, a 0.255mm guide wheel is usually selected.

Regular Cleaning: 

Due to the metal shavings and sludge generated during processing, the guide wheel bore should be cleaned regularly with a special cleaning agent to prevent wire misalignment or breakage.

Proactive Replacement: 

When an abnormal decrease in processing speed, deterioration in surface roughness, or increase in the frequency of wire breakage is observed, the inner bore of the guide wheel should be checked for wear or gaps, and it should be replaced promptly.
